WJB is a privately held independent mortgage lender, founded in 2003 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado. We have 76 branches in 17 states and are still aggressively acquiring and/or hiring mortgage brokers, branch managers, team leads and, of course, the one-off Loan Officer. We currently have just over 800 employees, 400+ of which are producing Loan Officers and we are on track to lend in excess of $2 billion this year. We are one of the few players left standing due to our strict adherence to staying in front of today's ever-changing rules and regulations, our ability to empower our acquired branches to grow and our financial stability.
